Picker output is a planning estimate
The multi-state PTET picker engine uses statute-pinned per-state data and the federal mechanics summarized on /methodology. The engine's output is a planning estimate. Real-world variables we do not model include but are not limited to: owner-specific basis, prior-year carryforwards, AMT interaction, NIIT interaction, state add-backs, multistate allocation factor decomposition, special partner allocations, partial ownership shifts, prepayment-timing penalties, and OBBBA $500K MAGI phaseout band specifics. Use the output to inform your preparer's analysis, not to file.

Acceptable use

No warranty
The site is provided AS IS. We do not warrant that the picker output is accurate, complete, or current. State PTET law revises annually; we update content with reasonable diligence but accept no liability for stale data.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this site is limited to $100 (one hundred US dollars). You waive any claim for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
Governing law and disputes
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to that jurisdiction.
Desymphony EOOD is a Bulgarian entity; for US audience product governance and dispute resolution, the parties have agreed to State of Delaware law.
