Data controller

The data controller for personal information collected through ptetmap.us is Desymphony EOOD, a limited liability company organized under Bulgarian law, with its registered office in Sofia, Bulgaria. Inquiries: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Standard server logs. Your IP address, user agent, referrer URL, and request path. Retained for 30 days for abuse detection; not used for advertising or sold.
  • Aggregate analytics (Google Analytics 4). Page views, event counts, and session-level engagement metrics. Consent Mode v2 controls whether your visit is counted. Default for analytics_storage is GRANTED (you can opt out via the cookie banner). Default for ad_storage and ad_personalization is DENIED.
  • NO picker inputs. The multi-state PTET picker runs entirely in your browser. Your state selections, entity type, QBI allocations, federal bracket, owner residency, and number of owners are never sent to our servers. Aggregate picker usage (state counts, entity-type counts) may be logged at a non-identifying granularity for product analytics; no per-input granularity is ever logged.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell personal information.
  • We don't serve programmatic advertising.
  • We don't fingerprint your device.
  • We don't accept email addresses for "send me my results"-style lead-gen on the picker.

Cookies

Strictly-necessary cookies for site function and a single consent-state cookie. Analytics cookies fire only when consent is granted.

Your rights

If you are an EU/UK resident, you have GDPR/UK-GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact [email protected] to exercise them. If you are a California resident, you have CCPA/CPRA rights including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share).
